Tap Into Data HQ: privacy policy

Last updated November 7, 2026

Tap Into Data HQ is a private dashboard used by the hosts and production team of the Tap Into Data podcast, operated by Westrem Consulting. It is not offered to the public. This policy explains what the app does with data from Google accounts that sign in to it or connect to it.

What we access

How we use it

Channel analytics are shown to the team on the dashboard. Episode captions are used to draft promotional posts and clip suggestions that a team member reviews before anything is published, by hand, outside this app. Transcripts may be sent to Anthropic's Claude API to generate those drafts; Anthropic does not use API data to train its models.

Storage and sharing

Google API Services User Data Policy

Tap Into Data HQ's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Removing access and data

The channel owner can disconnect YouTube at any time from the app's Connections page, or revoke access at myaccount.google.com/permissions. To have stored data deleted, email us and we will remove it within 30 days.
